Afterlife experiences

"Let there be, let there always be neverending light," VNV Nation -- song 'Perpetual'

The burning question we have, What am I doing here and what happens after I die? Here's a very interesting article posted on CNN's website. Do people really experience a taste of the afterlife or are there scientific explanations out there on why people might experience vivid dreams while being brought back to life?

I believe there's more to whatever dr. kevin nelson is trying to explain through plain science......there are tons of phenomenas out there beyond our knowledge, our imaginations!some things are meant to be left alone eh.......
I would definitely love to cheat death though:)

Yeah, I agree with you. I'm glad to read some of your entries as well. Good stuff. It would be an awesome experience to cheat death, but it would be difficult to fathom it all.

I will say many of these accounts I read and see about cheating death are eerily similar. So, like the alien abduction mysteries, it's interesting to explore from time to time.

Like Narkissos, I also don't think modern science can explain everything that is happening here.

I mean, look at quantum psychics.

The behavior of electrons leads these scientists to conclude that there are most likely at least ten dimensions in existence. This would help explain what these dying people are seeing.

There is so much goin on here. Take a look if you have the time, PJ. I wouldn't believe this stuff if there wasn't actually something behind it (pun intended).

BTW, I am lovin' what the Vikings are doing these days. I was ecstatic the day I found out Brett was joining the team a couple months ago.

You know, I joked and said Brett will come back even if he has to be wheeled out onto the field in a wheelchair. His toughness, extraordinary talent, ultra-competitiveness, and love for the game is what I've always liked about him. I really don't see any weaknesses in this team. Personally, I'm rooting for the Atlanta Falcons and of course, New England Patriots. If it came down to those two, I'd have to pull for Atlanta. Hey, they haven't even had consecutive winning seasons and made only one Super Bowl appearance. Matt Ryan is awesome out there as well.

No, I don't believe everything said through these accounts and yes, skeptical about science. Quantum physics is honestly above me. I get lost in translation real quick. I'm sure based on doing well in physics I might be able to comprehend it gradually, but I'll honestly say I'm ignorant on it.
